Location. The GHOTEL Hotel and Living Velbert/ Essen is set within a parkland estate 2.5 kilometres from the old town of Langenberg. It is located in the 'triangle' between Dusseldorf, Cologne and Wuppertal. The nearest train station is 2.5 kilometres away.

Hotel Features. A classical manor house surrounded by extensive grounds, the GHOTEL Hotel and Living Velbert/Essen is situated near a number of urban centres but retains a sense of peace and solitude.

The GHOTEL Velbert/Essen has a bar serving drinks and light snacks. Breakfast is available each morning for a surcharge.

Eight conference rooms offer space for between 12 and 100 delegates. Full business services are offered and catering can be arranged on request.

Getting there. Dusseldorf Airport rail station is located on a major axis of Europe's railway network, with approximately 300 trains stopping there every day. A free monorail runs between the terminal building and the railway station. From the station, catch the S9 train to Velbert Langenburg. A taxi is likely to cost about 50 EUR. Car hire is available at the airport.

Getting around. The outlying area can be explored by train and public transport or by car.
