Beschreibung

Location. The Embassy Suites Washington is located five blocks from Dupont Circle and Georgetown, two vibrant neighborhoods filled with art galleries, restaurants and shops in Washington, D.C. A Metro subway station is located four blocks away.
Hotel Features. The lobby opens onto a garden atrium enhanced with fountains, a multi-tiered waterfall and koi fish ponds. Terra-cotta bricked paths meander through this tropical scene where complimentary buffet breakfasts with Starbucks coffee are served each morning. Nicola's Rustic Italian restaurant prepares Italian dishes during lunch and dinner hours. Complimentary daily social hours feature beverages and snacks such as pita bread served with varieties of hummus and cheese. A 24-hour, complimentary business center houses three computer stations. A total of 4,500 square feet of function space accommodates events. Wireless Internet access is available for a fee in public areas. Renovated in 2008, the 24-hour fitness center overlooks the indoor pool and houses cardiovascular and weight-training machines, and free weights. One hour of swim time each evening is reserved for adults only. An arcade contains air hockey, video games and board games. The Kids Corner, located on the mezzanine level, shows popular children's movies and offers coloring books and games.

Guestrooms. The smoke-free, nine-story Embassy Suites Washington offers 318 contemporary suites equipped with high-speed wired and wireless Internet access for a fee, MP3 adaptors, and flat-panel televisions. Beds are dressed with 300-thread count linens, pillowtop mattresses and down comforters. All suites include separate living and sleeping areas, and sofa beds. Refrigerators, microwave ovens and granite-topped wet bars are provided. Bathrooms contain granite vanities, curved shower rods and adjustable massage showerheads, and are stocked with Bloom toiletries.

Expert Tip. The hotel lobby is home to some of the largest koi fish in the world. Children are invited to assist with morning and evening feedings.

Take George Washington Parkway N to I-395 North.
Follow the signs to Washington,
DC via the 14th Street Bridge.
Follow 14th Street to K Street and turn left.
Follow K Street to 20th Street.
Merge into the access lane on K Street.
Continue for two more blocks in the access lane.
Turn right onto 22nd St.
Continue for 2.5 blocks.
The hotel is located on the right.

From Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD):
Approximate driving distance the hotel is 27 miles.

Go east onto the Dulles Airport Access Road.
Continue east on I-66.
Cross the Roosevelt Bridge to Constitution Avenue.
Follow Constitution Avenue to 22nd Street and turn left.
Turn left onto C Street.
Turn right onto 23rd Street and right onto I Street.
Turn left onto 22nd Street and continue 4.5 blocks.
The hotel is located on the left.
