Location. The Citea la Bastide du Roy René is housed in a fully restored 15th-century country house, and is situated two kilometres from the centre of Aix- en-Provence. Marseille Provence Airport (MRS) is 30 kilometres away, with an approximate driving time of 25 minutes.
Hotel Features. The Citea la Bastide du Roy René's multilingual front-desk staff are on hand to offer sightseeing advice. Breakfast is available every morning (surcharge). Motorists will find parking facilities on site (surcharge).

Guestrooms. The 66 guestrooms are spread over one floor and feature warm, functional decor and furnishings. All are equipped with satellite TV, direct-dial phones, high-speed Internet connections and kitchenettes with microwaves.

Expert Tip. Mirabeau Avenue, two kilometres from the hotel, features three fountains, and numerous lively cafes and shops. The street is also home to Café des Deux Garçons, which dates back to the late 18th century and was frequented by such renowned figures as Cézanne, Picasso and Truffaut. Working to make your stay as comfortable as possible, the Residence Maeva la Bastide du Roy Rene offers standard studios or spacious mezzanine lofts. The studio for two persons consists of a lounge with two single beds or one double bed and a fully equipped kitchenette area with two-ring hotplate, mini-oven, and refrigerator. The mezzanine studio on the garden floor can accommodate up to four guests and consists of a living room with either a two-person convertible sofa, two single beds, or two single sleeper sofas, as well as a mezzanine loft with one double bed. The fully equipped kitchenette is conveniently equipped with two-ring hotplate, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The mezzanine studio also has a terrace with garden furniture. All units enjoy television, telephone, and private bathroom with bath, shower, radiator towel and toilet.
