A Georgian-style hotel surrounded by private gardens and woodlands, Barceló Combe Grove Manor offers views of surrounding Limpley Stoke Valley, three miles from the center of Bath (England.) Guests research the life of famed author Jane Austen at the Jane Austen Center in Bath, three miles from the hotel, and Bristol Airport is 30 miles.
Guests enjoy festive barbecues at the Eden Bistro while the Georgian Restaurant serves traditional English and European dishes. Pampering spa facilities at the hotel include indoor and outdoor pools as well as a steam room, sun terraces and a baby bathing pool. Beauty addicts flock to two Clarins beauty salons offering aromatherapy and holistic beauty treatments. Business guests utilize several conference and meeting rooms. Facilities for wedding receptions and other social functions are also available. Qualified instructors and personal trainers are on hand in the gymnasium, and the hotel offers more than 50 aerobics classes, including yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. There are four tennis courts on site (two indoor,) with coaching and children's tuition available. Golfers enjoy the 5-hole practice course and 19-station driving range.

The easiest way to get around Bath is by bus, although the town centre is compact and best explored on foot. A car is recommended for visiting the villages and countryside around Bath.
