Location. The Salterns Harbourside Hotel is located in Poole, England within three miles of Bournemouth and eight miles of the New Forest. Poole railway station is one-and-a-half miles away and Bournemouth Airport is five miles from the hotel.
Hotel Features. Situated by the water in Salterns Marina, The Salterns Harbourside Hotel is a white three-storey property offering views of Poole Harbour. Amenities include a restaurant and bar. The front desk is open 24 hours a day and complimentary parking is available.

A complimentary full English breakfast is served each morning. Lunch and dinner menus at the hotel's Waterside Restaurant feature Mediterranean dishes in a bright atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating and views of the harbour. The Waterside Bar offers an extensive bar menu in an informal setting with additional seating on the garden terrace.

Business amenities include conference rooms with audiovisual equipment, wireless Internet and seating for up to 120 people.
A range of recreational activities is available in the vicinity, including golf and hiking, and water sports such as windsurfing, fishing and sailing.

Guestrooms. All 20 guestrooms have a bright decor and are equipped with televisions, direct- dial phones, wireless Internet, trouser presses and tea and coffee making facilities. Private bathrooms have separate showers and baths, hair dryers and complimentary toiletries.

Expert Tip. The New Forest offers a tranquil escape with its network of walking and biking paths. Herds of deer and New Forest ponies roam the heathland.

From Bournemouth Airport (BOH):
Distance to Salterns Harbourside Hotel is 5 miles, approximately 20 minutes' drive.

Getting there. Yellow buses connect the airport to Bournemouth's travel interchange (bus, coach, and rail station) Single tickets cost 4 GBP. Airport- approved taxis are available and cost 15 GBP to the city centre. Prices are all subject to change

Getting around. The best way to get around Bournemouth is via the yellow buses. In summer, many open-top buses run throughout the city. Funicular railways (cliff lifts) run to the beach, and trains travel along the seafront.

Driving directions. From Poole, take the A35 which leads to the Civic Centre Roundabout.
Follow sighs for Sandbanks/Beaches (B3369) for approximately 1.5 miles.
Upon reaching the parade of shops at Liliput, turn right at Barclays Bank into Salterns Way.
