Cardiff Marriott Hotel is a modern, ten-storey property centrally located in Cardiff's Café-Quarter, 500 metres from the famous Millennium Stadium. The hotel's 184 guestrooms feature light, modern decor and colourful fabrics, and all include air conditioning, satellite television with pay movies, dial-up Internet access, minibars, tea and coffee making facilities, desks and trouser presses. Bathrooms have hair dryers.
The hotel's dining options include continental cuisine in the relaxed café-bar, and Mediterranean cuisine in the restaurant. Guests can swim in the indoor pool, work out in the gym featuring personal trainers, and relax in the spa bath or on the sun terrace. Families with children can use the babysitting service, and business guests can use eight meeting rooms, business services and grand banqueting facilities. Other practical amenities include laundry facilities, currency exchange, concierge services, and onsite parking for an additional daily fee. The hotel is well placed for exploring bustling Cardiff and the surrounding area; the Cardiff Bay development, two kilometres from the hotel, is now home to bars, restaurants, arts centres and tourist attractions such as the Techniquest science park. Tredegar House is 14 kilometres away, and the dramatic Cheddar Gorge is 36 kilometres distance. Cardiff International Airport is 12 miles away, an approximate driving time of 20 minutes

Anfahrt

Taxis and hire cars are available from the airport; a typical taxi fare to the hotel is approximately 15 GBP. Trains and buses link the airport with Cardiff town centre, and Cardiff Central train station is one mile from the hotel. Cardiff Central bus station is 800 metres away; the hotel runs a complimentary shuttle service to the bus station. Cardiff has a comprehensive bus and train network, and a number of tours are available for guests to explore the local area.
Driving directions: From the airport take the A4262 and follow signs to Cardiff City Centre. At the Culverhouse Cross roundabout take the last exit right on to the A48. Continue to the end of this road and turn left at the traffic lights. At the next set of traffic lights with the monument turn right in to Mill Lane. The hotel is on the right.
