Getting there. There is a taxi desk opposite the information desk inside the terminal building. Fares are approximately 30 GBP direct to Belmont Hotel. The Skylink bus runs from the airport to the city centre and Nottingham train station. Buses leave every 30 minutes and cost 5 GBP for a single ticket. From here trains depart for Leicester. Alternatively, coaches also run directly to Leicester. Prices are subject to change.

Getting around. Central Leicester is easy to explore on foot. There is also a good local bus network in operation throughout the city centre. As an alternative to local buses, Discover Leicester runs a jump-on, jump-off open-top bus service. Cycling is another popular way of getting around the city. Trains connect the city to London and the rest of England.
