Location. The Victor Hotel is located in the centre of London, England, within one mile of Buckingham Palace and Westminster Cathedral. Victoria tube, train and bus station is 200 metres from the hotel.
Hotel Features. The Victor Hotel is housed in a traditional London townhouse boasting a white façade framed by stucco-topped pillars. Guests can wake up to continental breakfast in the modern, neutral-toned breakfast room and surf the web via the hotel's wireless Internet access.

The Victor Hotel offers a complimentary continental breakfast each morning.

Guestrooms. Simple, modern decor characterises the 20 guestrooms which include televisions, direct-dial phones, wireless Internet, hair dryers and coffee and tea makers.

Expert Tip. The London Eye, located 1.5 miles from the hotel, is the largest observation wheel in the world. Travelling in slow-moving glass pods to a height of over 440 feet, visitors can enjoy panoramic city views.

From London Gatwick Airport (LGW):
Distance to the Victor Hotel is 20 miles, approximately 40 minutes' drive.

Getting there. The Gatwick Express train departs from the airport and travels to London Victoria Station every 15 minutes, and travel time is 30 minutes. Single tickets cost 14 GBP. The hotel is 200 metres from Victoria station. Alternatively taxis are available and cost approximately £50 to the hotel.

Getting around. The London Underground (Tube) and buses are the easiest ways to travel within London. Single tickets are expensive, but an electronic Oyster card offers a cheaper fare. Oyster cards can be purchased from ticket offices for 3 GBP (refundable). Daily or weekly travel passes are the most economical way to travel, and are valid on buses, trams, trains, and DLR, as well as on the Underground. Black taxis are available on the streets, but can be expensive. Driving is not recommended for visitors and a congestion charge zone is operated in central London.
