The Skylink bus runs from the airport to the city centre and Nottingham train station, one kilometre from the hotel. Buses leave every 30 minutes and cost 5 GBP for a single ticket. Getting around. Nottingham is served by a cheap and efficient tram network. A one-day tram ticket costs 2.20 GBP and offers unlimited travel. An extensive bus network runs throughout Greater Nottingham. Cycling is popular for exploring the city and there are many cycle lanes in the city centre.
