Location. The Nottingham Belfry Hotel has an ultra-modern design and is located in a peaceful area on the outskirts of the city of Nottingham, six miles from the 17th-century castle, and the shopping centre and train station. Birmingham International Airport is 80 miles away, a 60-minute drive.
Hotel Features.The Nottingham Belfry Hotel features a full-service health spa where guests can relax in the heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and six treatment rooms offering a range of massage, beauty and holistic therapies. The bar serves a selection of drinks and cocktails, and meeting rooms and conference suites with the latest audio-visual equipment for up to 320 are available. There are also concierge services to help plan sightseeing itineraries.

The Lawrence Restaurant serves modern English and international dishes in a formal dining room with contemporary decor. Alternatively Oaks Brasserie offers meals, snacks and drinks in an informal contemporary setting.

Guestrooms. The 120 guestrooms are decorated in natural tones with contemporary style, and include cable television with plasma screens, high-speed Internet connections, direct-dial phones, coffee/tea makers and shower/tub combinations.

Expert Tip. Six miles away is the 17th-cenutry Nottingham Castle, with stunning views over the city. Underneath the castle are many manmade caves and tunnels, some of which date back to medieval times.

Anfahrt

Getting there.Skyrail links the airport directly to Birmingham International Train Station, and runs every two minutes from Terminal One. From here guests can take a train to Nottingham train station. Black cabs provide a 24-hour service from the official rank outside the airport passenger terminals. A taxi direct to the hotel costs approximately 50 GBP. Local buses link the airport to the surrounding district. The area is served by buses and trains.

Driving directions.From the airport exit on to Herald Road and Vanguard Road, then bear left on to Airport Way. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit, then merge on to Coventry Road - A45 (signposted M42, M6, M1, M40, M5, Coventry). Join the M42 motorway and continue on the A42. Exit on to the M1 (signposted The North, Nottingham). Exit the M1 at junction 26. Follow signs to Nottingham then Stapleford, Beeston. Continue on to Woodhouse Way. At the roundabout take the second exit onto Nottingham Business Park. At the next roundabout take the second exit for the hotel.
