Beschreibung

Situated one mile from the city centre, this family hotel is one mile from Nottingham Castle and the Tales of Robin Hood centre. The 172 guestrooms all feature 26-inch LCD televisions with satellite channels and wireless Internet. Rooms are also equipped with climate control, direct-dial phones, and coffee/tea makers. Bathrooms include hair dryers and rainfall showers.
Guests can work out with trained instructors in the fully-equipped fitness centre, before unwinding in the sauna or steam room, or soaking in the spa bath. Swimmers have access to the the heated indoor pool. In the evenings, guests can relax with drinks in the Savoy Bar and order from a menu of chargrilled meats in the Savoy Grill restaurant. Guests arriving by car will find free on site parking. Sherwood Forest is 26 miles away. Nottingham East Midlands Airport is 18 miles from the hotel.

Anfahrt

Taxis are available 24-hours from outside Arrivals. A typical taxi fare to the city centre and the hotel is GBP 25. There are also bus services to Nottingham from outside Arrivals. Alternatively, Airport Services operate a coach service between East Midlands Airport and Bradford, Leeds, Sheffield, Chesterfield, Coventry, Warwick, Heathrow Airport and Gatwick Airport. Guests can also pre-book a hotel airport shuttle (surcharge). Once there, guests can catch buses and taxis to get around Nottingham.
Driving directions: Upon leaving the airport drive for 150 yards and at the roundabout take the fourth exit onto the A453. At the MI junction J24A, take the second exit off the roundabout onto the M1. Leave the M1 at junction J26 and follow the A610 towards the city centre. Stay on the A610 until reaching a humpbacked bridge, where there is a Speedo factory on the right. Stay in the left lane and at the next major intersection turn left at Le Grande Pub and onto Gregory Boulevard. Carry on until the second roundabout, then turn left and just after the pedestrian lights turn right into the hotel (which is on the A60).
