The Derbyshire Hotel is a modern, red- brick property set in the village of South Normanton, 12 miles from both Nottingham and Derby. It features 157 guestrooms over three floors. All include satellite television, coffee/tea makers, hair dryers, irons and trouser presses.
The hotel's Chatterleys Restaurant offers a selection of fine English and International dishes, and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A bar offers relaxing atmosphere and serves drinks and light snacks. Guests can swim in the indoor pool, relax with a massage, and enjoy the health and beauty treatments on offer. There is also a fitness room, spa tub, sauna and steam room. Anfahrt

The best way to reach the hotel is by car. A taxi from the airport will cost approximately 30 GBP. There are also bus services to Nottingham, Derby and Loughborough from outside Arrivals. Most of the cities and towns in the area can be explored on foot, and there is a network of buses, trains and coaches connecting them. A hire car may also be useful for exploring the countryside.
Driving directions: From the airport take the M1 North and exit at Junction 28. Take the right-hand lane of the slip road and join the A38 towards Mansfield. Take the first left into Carter Lane East where the hotel is located.
