Royal Hotel - Arklow

From Dublin Airport (DUB):
Distance to Royal Hotel is 50 miles, approximately an hour's drive.

Getting there. Number 747 and 748 Airlink buses connect the airport to Dublin city centre, and depart every 15 minutes. Tickets can be bought from the driver and the single fare is about 5 EUR. A 24-hour service to central Dublin and Dublin South is offered by Aircoach. Taxis cost about 18 EUR-20 EUR to the city centre. Five trains run daily from Dublin to Arklow town, 500 metres from the Royal Hotel. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Taxis are available at ranks, and can also be hailed on the street. Parking is available 5 minutes' walk from the Royal Hotel, charged at 0.80 EUR per hour 8 a.m.-6 p.m. A car is recommended for exploring further afield, but sights within the town are within walking distance.

Driving directions. From Dublin Airport, take the main roundabout's 2nd exit on to the M1, signed Dublin.
Join the M1 and leave it at junction 3.
At the roundabout take the 3rd exit on to the M50 southbound.
Pass West Link Bridge Toll.
Continue on to M11, turn left on to N11.
Pass Jack White's Pub and branch left, signposted Arklow.
At roundabout take the 2nd exit on to the R772, signposted Arklow and go left on to Templerainey Hill to enter Arklow.
