Location. The 4th Floor Hotel is located on a quiet street corner in Reykjavik, Iceland, 15 metres from the main shopping street of central Reykjavik and one kilometre from the Hallgrims church.
Hotel Features. Multilingual staff at the front desk of the 4th Floor Hotel can assist guests with organising tours.

A complimentary buffet breakfast is served each morning. Studio 29 Cafe serves lunch and snacks during the day.

Space is available for business meetings in Studio 29. Guests can also find newspapers and magazines in the cafe, and complimentary wireless Internet access is available. Computer rentals are available in the lobby and laptops can be rented from the front desk.

Guestrooms. All 20 guestrooms at the 4th Floor Hotel are decorated in sleek black and white and feature hardwood floors. Amenities include satellite television, minibars, telephones, and coffee and tea making facilities.

Expert Tip. Reykjavik's National Gallery, located two kilometres from the hotel, is situated in an old ice house and exhibits a collection of classic, modern and contemporary Icelandic and international art.

From Reykjavik Keflavik Airport (KEF):
Distance to the 4th Floor Hotel is 40 kilometres, approximately 45 minutes' drive.

Getting there. The Flybus departs from the airport and travels to the city centre's BSI bus terminal. Journey time to central Reykjavik is approximately 45 minutes. Taxis are expensive, costing about 7,500 ISK-9,000 ISK (82 EUR-98 EUR) to the city centre. The hotel operates its own shuttle bus for a surcharge on request. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Reykjavik city centre is compact and easy to explore on foot. An extensive public bus system operates throughout the city and the suburbs. Buses operate from 7 a.m. to midnight, and single tickets cost 250 ISK (3.30 EUR). Cycling is a popular way of getting around, and the city has many cycle paths.

Driving directions. From Reykjavik Keflavik International Airport.
Take the main road, Reykjanesbraut, to Reykjavik.
Once the ocean view appears on the left, turn onto Bustaoavegur Street.
Bustaoavegur Street will go straight and will lead to Snorrobraut.
Keep going straight until the 4th Floor Hotel appears on the right, on the c orner of Laugavegur and Snorrobraut.
