Beschreibung

Location. The Hotel Mondial is located in Marina di Pietrasanta, Italy, three kilometres from the Marina, and Pietrasanta town centre. Pietrasanta train station is also three kilometres away.
Hotel Features. Housed in a contemporary building with glass-fronted balconies, this hotel features a garden, heated outdoor swimming pool, fitness equipment, and an onsite restaurant and bar. Complimentary newspapers and Internet access are offered, and secure complimentary parking is available.

The Hotel Mondial Restaurant serves Tuscan and Italian specialities, with emphasis on seafood and meat dishes. The half-board rate includes breakfast, and lunch or dinner.

A meeting room and business centre are available to business guests.

Bicycle rentals are available on site. Tennis, volleyball, and a driving-range golf course are available nearby. Water sports offered at the beach include snorkelling, and windsurfing. The Marina is three kilometres away.

Guestrooms. The 40 air-conditioned guestrooms extend to glass-fronted balconies, and feature modern decor and furnishings. Amenities include satellite television, direct-dial phones, Internet access, and minibars. Bathrooms have hair dryers, bathrobes, and complimentary toiletries. The hotel offers half-board rates.

Expert Tip. Pietrasanta is renowned for its artistic treasures of marble works, bronze foundries, mosaics, and contemporary art works. See iconic giant bronze pieces fashioned by local artist Fernando Botero - including the classical curvy female and the Roman warrior - in Piazza Matteoti.

From Pisa Airport (PSA):
Distance to Hotel Mondial is 40 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes' drive.

Getting there. Private shuttle service is available to and from the airport. Buses run from outside Arrivals to Pietrasanta. A direct train service runs between Pisa Airport and the city centre. Single tickets cost approximately 1.20 EUR to Pisa. From there, trains run to Pietrasanta station, which is 3 kilometres from the hotel. Price is subject to change.

Getting around. The area can be explored on foot, and bicycle rentals are available at the hotel. The area is well served by trains and buses, and CPT buses operate throughout the region. A car is useful for exploring the surrounding Tuscan countryside.
