Situated seven kilometres from the historical town of Perugia, the Residence Le Quattro Stagioni comprises four modern self-catering apartment blocks. The 114 apartments have open-plan kitchen diners with living areas and separate bedrooms. All apartments have modern decor in light colours and open out on to balconies. Kitchens are fully equipped and have refrigerators and tea and coffee making facilities, and apartments include colour televisions, phones and wireless Internet.
Guests can work out in the fitness room or cool off in the pool. Travellers can check their emails in the Internet cafe and do their washing in the laundry room. Sports fans can watch the game on the big screen television in the lounge or select a DVD for the evening. At night, guests can relax on the terrace in the garden bar or sample traditional pizzas in the pizzeria. Nearby attractions include Lake Trasimeno, five kilometres away, where tourists can catch ferries to see the castles of Maggiore, Minore and Polvese. The bustling restaurants, jazz cafes and bars along Corso Vannucci in the town centre, seven kilometres away, are also very popular. Perugia Sant'Egidio Airport is 15 kilometres from the residence, with an approximate driving time of 20 minutes.
