Location. The boutique Hotel Palazzo Murat is located in Positano, Italy. Sorrento is 13 kilometres away, Amalfi is 15 kilometres away, and Pompei is at a 35 kilometre distance. Meta di Sorrento station is situated 15 kilometres from the hotel.
Hotel Features. Surrounded by lush botanical gardens, the Hotel Palazzo Murat occupies a historic 18th- century palazzo and opens to interiors characterised by original architectural features. The hotel hosts regular concerts on its patio and provides a boat for trips along the coastline during the summer, and the concierge service is on hand to offer sightseeing tips. Further amenities include room service, wireless Internet, and laundry facilities.

Distance to the Hotel Palazzo Murat is 60 kilometres, approximately 90 minutes' drive.

Getting there. The best way to reach the hotel is by car. Taxis are available from outside the arrivals hall, and typically cost 110 EUR to Villa Franca. Alternatively, the hotel can organise private transfers for a surcharge. Price subject to change.

Getting around. The cobbled streets of Positano are best explored on foot or on the local bus service which passes through the town. Boats leave regularly for the Isle of Capri and the Amalfi Coast. Hiring a car is advised for exploring further afield.
