Location. The Hotel Chiusarelli is located in Siena, Italy, 400 metres from Piazza del Campo. Monteriggioni is 10 kilometres away and San Gimignano is at a 44 kilometre distance. The nearest bus stop is 150 metres away and the train station is three kilometres from the hotel.
Hotel Features. Set in the city centre, the Hotel Chiusarelli occupies a renovated neoclassical villa dating from the 19th century, and opens to public areas decorated with bright frescoes. The hotel extends to a garden with terrace and houses an Internet point, and those arriving by car will find parking on offer (surcharge). Bicycles are available for rental, and further amenities include room service and assistance with tours to Florence, Rome, and San Gimignano.

The Hotel Chiusarelli houses a modern rustic style restaurant serving classic Tuscan dishes. The restaurant has exposed stone ceilings and extends to a summer terrace. A complimentary buffet breakfast is offered.

From Florence Vespucci Airport (FLR):
Distance to the Hotel Chiusarelli is 60 kilometres, approximately 50 minutes' drive.

Getting there. An airport bus departs for Florence's Santa Maria Novella Station every 30 minutes. Single tickets cost 6 EUR. From here regular buses run to the Piazza Gramsci, 150 metres from the hotel. A taxi direct from the airport to the hotel costs approximately 140 EUR. All prices subject to change.

Getting around. The best way to see Siena's medieval centre is on foot. A car is useful for exploring the surrounding countryside.

Driving directions. From Florence Autostrada 1, exit for Firenze Certosa.
Take the four-lane Firenze-Siena motorway towards Siena (south).
Once in Siena, take the Tangenziale (ring road) and exit for Siena Ovest.
Follow the signs to Stadio (football stadium) and Fortezza (Fortress).
Once near the stadium, turn left onto Viale Curtatone, and the hotel is on the left.
