Hotel dei Dragomanni is a traditional Venetian palazzo with a canal-side location, just 300 metres from magnificent St Mark's Basilica and the Doge's Palace, and 700 from the bustling Rialto Bridge. It offers 25 guestrooms, located on four floors, which feature 19th- century-style furnishings with rich fabrics including rugs and wall hangings. All include air conditioning, minibars, satellite television, direct-dial telephones, wireless Internet access and safes. Bathrooms have hair dryers, and complimentary toiletries. Hypo- allergenic bedding is available on request.
Guests can enjoy a cocktail in the peaceful outdoor courtyard, and catch a water taxi from the canal straight outside the hotel. Multilingual staff at the 24-hour front desk can provide concierge services and there is express check-in and out, while other practical amenities include currency exchange, dry cleaning, wireless Internet access and a room service menu. The hotel is well placed to explore the winding street and canals of the fascinating city of Venice; there are a wide range of restaurants in the surrounding area, and the Basilica of St Mark and the Bridge of Sighs are both 300 metres away. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 15 kilometres from the hotel, an approximate journey time of 30 minutes.

Anfahrt

Private water taxis can run from the airport docks straight to the hotel. The public water shuttle bus runs to St Mark's Square, just 300 metres away. The best way to explore the city is by foot, vaporetto (waterbus), or water taxi.
Driving directions: Central Venice is off limits to cars so motorists should park at Mestre on the mainland. Parking lots at Piazzale Roma, next to the main Santa Lucia station, are nearer the centre of Venice but can get very busy.
