Yelton Manor Bed & Breakfast overlooks the beaches of Lake Michigan and is just a few blocks from the shops, parks, and many fine restaurants of South Haven, Mich. In addition to the scenic Lake Michigan coastline, South Haven is known for its many golf courses, three of which are less than a ten-mile drive from this bed and breakfast. Boat cruises and fishing charters are available nearby. This three-story 1993 Victorian mansion features two buildings and 17 rooms. An expansive wicker porch and a common parlor with books, games and a video library with over 1,500 movies are situated on the first floor. Expansive, award-winning perennial and rose gardens surround a deck, garden swings, and small benches. A Continental breakfast with homemade pastries is delivered to the guestrooms each morning. Hors d'oeuvres are served in the evening, and brownies, cookies and candies are available all day.
Each guest suite at Yelton Manor Bed & Breakfast has a private bathroom, in-room fireplace and spa tub. Cable televisions, DVD players, and CD stereos are included. The upper level suites have views of Lake Michigan, and two have charming balconies. Some rooms have stained glass windows.

140 North Shore Drive, South Haven, Mich. From Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport: Depart airport going north on Portage Rd, which becomes Portage St. Turn right onto East Kilgore Rd. Merge onto I-94 W toward Grand Rapids and continue for 4.5 miles. Take the M-43 W Exit - Exit 38-B - toward South Haven. Merge onto MI-43 and continue for 34.2 miles. Stay straight to go onto Broadway St, which becomes Dyckman Ave. Turn left onto North Shore Dr and continue to the property.
