Located off the State Parkway in the heart of Long Island, the La Quinta Inn and Suites Garden City Long Island, N.Y., offers easy access to New York's metropolitan area. It is close to Jones Beach, Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum - the New York Islanders' hockey stadium - shopping at Roosevelt Field and golf courses, to name but a few of the local attractions. Dining options include the Tin Alley Grill & Sports Bar within walking distance, which offers discounts to hotel guests or complimentary room-service delivery. Other restaurants are but a short walk or drive away.
Business amenities include 3,000 square feet of meeting space, including an executive boardroom and two meeting suites. Hotel management offers audiovisual and catering options as well as high-speed Internet access throughout the meeting space. The complimentary shuttle served a three- mile radius from the hotel. Stay in the right lane and make a right on Stewart Ave. Property wil be 1/2 mile on the right. NORTH: Manhattan Midtown: Take the Midtown Tunnel to the Long Island Expressway East (495) to exit 38 (Northern St Pkwy) to exit 31A (Meadowbrook Pkwy). Take Meadowbrook to Exit M3 (Stewart Ave), turn right at the top of the ramp. Stay in the right lane and make a right on Stewart Ave. Property will be 1/2 mile on right. WEST: Points West: Take the LIE to Exit 38, (Northern State Pkwy) to Meadowbrook Parkway South. Take Meadowbrook to Exit M3W; make a right at the light onto Stewart Ave. The property will be 1/2 mile on the right. ARPT: Take the Grand Central Parkway East (Which turns into Northern St Parkway) to exit 31A (Meadowbrook Parkway), then take exit M3 Stewart Ave. Make a right at the top of the ramp. Stay in the right lane and make a right onto Stewart Ave. Property is 1/2 mile on the right.
