Arbor View House is a historic Victorian B&B in the Long Island, NY, wine country. Romance, spa services, private Jacuzzi tubs and full breakfasts, all in an elegant setting make this bed and breakfast the place to be on the North Fork of Long Island. The house was built in approximately 1820 and has been masterfully restored to its former glory. The home was recently renovated, preserving its artifacts and replacing any that may have been removed. Guests will be able to relax, recharge, and renew their body, mind, and spirit when staying at the inn. It is full of color and fabrics that create a soothing, yet alive ambiance. Guests will wake up to the wonderful aroma of breakfast being cooked. After the hearty meal, guests are welcome to stroll through the gardens to get some fresh air or stay inside and relax in the common sitting room with other guests. Later, in the afternoon, relax under the grape arbor, sipping on a cool drink, or head to the nearby beaches for some fun in the water. Guests will enjoy every moment at the Arbor View House B&B.
The rooms of the inn are fit for a prince and princess and were decorated in colors and fabrics that would appeal to anyone. All rooms come with air conditioning, alarm clock radio, cable TV, CD player, daily newspaper, desk, telephone, hair dryer, wireless internet, and smoke detectors. Guests can relax in their rooms sipping on a cup of coffee, or they can star gaze on the balcony/patio attached to their rooms. Guests will also receive fluffy bathrobes to cuddle in and sweets at turndown to put them to sleep.

Tour the vineyards and wineries to experience true wine appreciation among rural scenery. Some of the fun activities to do are boating, sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, kayaking, canoeing, whale watching, sunbathing, sunset watching, sunrise watching, antiquing, golfing, hiking, jogging, bird watching, and cross country skiing. Places to visit for fun are museums, lighthouses, nature conservancies, and places to pick fruit.

8900 Main Road, East Marion, NY - From McArthur Airport: Take the Long Island Expressway East (I-495) to Exit 73 (this is the last exit). Continue onto Route 58E, which will become Route 25E after the circle. Head East on Route 25E (also called Main Road), through all the villages (Jamesport to Southold) to Greenport. Route 25E becomes Front Street. Go to the flashing light at the intersection with Main Street. Make a left on Main and go the T intersection at the end of Main Street (flashing light) and make a right (Route 25E). From there Arbor View House is about two miles on the right. Pass Skipper's and the Hellenic restaurants and the East End Golf course on the left and the Blue Dolphin Motel on the right. At the flashing yellow diamond (FIRE HOUSE) s-l-o-w down, signal RIGHT and turn into the driveway "B&B PARKING". Please park according to the signs. Walk along the side of the barn to the house.
