From Tulsa, Oklahoma-Start out going NORTHEAST on W 2ND ST S toward S CINCINNATI AVE and turn RIGHT onto S CINCINNATI AVE then turn LEFT onto E 8TH ST S and merge onto OK-51 E toward BROKEN ARROW and take MUSKOGEE TURNPIKE E toward MUSKOGEE / FT SMITH-Portions toll and merge onto S US-69 S via EXIT 26 toward MUSKOGEE and take the US-266 exit toward CHECOTAH then turn RIGHT onto US-266/ W GENTRY AVE and RIGHT again at CITGO gas station. From Fort Smith, Arkansas-Start out going WEST on GRAND AVE toward N 31ST Street and turn LEFT onto US-64 W / N 10TH Street and turn RIGHT onto US-64 / GARRISON Avenue then continue to follow US-64 W and merge onto I-40 W via the ramp on the LEFT and merge onto US-69 N via EXIT 264B toward MUSKOGEE then take the US-266 exit toward CHECOTAH and turn LEFT US-266 / W GENTRY AVE under the bridge and make RIGHT turn at CITGO gas station.
