The Teaterhotellet is a modern business hotel situated in Fersens väg, Malmö's parade-street inspired by French architecture, within 500 metres of the City theatre and art gallery. The 44 guestrooms have contemporary décor with pastel walls, parquet floors and patterned rugs, bedding and curtains. All guestrooms include satellite television, direct-dial telephones, complimentary newspapers, and bathrooms with hair dryers.
Guests can start the day with breakfast in the hotel's dining room, and later relax with a drink at the modern bar, or admire the artwork in the gallery space. Conferences and business meetings can be accommodated in a room that can hold 25 people, and audiovisual facilities are available upon request. Staff at the 24- hour front desk can store valuables in the safety deposit box, and drivers will find garage parking. Those interested in sightseeing can use the Internet to plan an itinerary. Travellers can visit Malmöhus Castle and Sweden's tallest building, the Turning Torso, two kilometres away. Ribersborg Beach and Kallbadhus sauna can be found within four kilometres. Malmö Sturup Airport is 25 kilometres from the hotel with an approximate driving time of 30 minutes.
