The Walzenhausen Swiss Quality Hotel is a modern property with traditional Swiss architecture, located in the beautiful Appenzell region, three kilometres from Lake Constance. The 69 guestrooms have light, simple decor with light wood furniture. All offer televisions, radios, minibars, and safes.
The Hotel restaurant offers an extensive range of national and international cuisine, served for breakfast, lunch and dinner, in a relaxed and informal setting with panoramic views of the Rhine Valley. After a day spent exploring the surrounding area guests can relax with a drink in the bar, unwind in the solarium, swim in the indoor pool, and work up a sweat on the fitness equipment. Staff at the front desk can help with advice on the hotel and the surrounding area, and there is also a lift. The hotel is located in the stunning Appenzell region and there are many beautiful walking and hiking treks in the surrounding area. It is also 11 kilometres from Bregenz and Trogen. Zurich International Airport is 80 kilometres (50 miles) from the hotel, approximately 80 minutes by car.
