Location. The Agua Azul Hotel is located in Benidorm, Spain, on the border between the old and new town centres, 200 metres from Levante beach and 500 metres from Poniente beach, and surrounded by Benidorm's thriving night culture. Alicante Airport is 55 kilometres from the hotel. Hotel Features. The Agua Azul Hotel is a modern hotel with an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by sun deckchairs, parasols, and a play area. The tiled lobby has a lounge with armchairs and a 24-hour front desk with currency exchange. Parking is offered outside the hotel for a surcharge (subject to availability).
The buffet at the air-conditioned restaurant at Agua Azul serves Spanish and international dishes and overlooks the pool area. The lounge bar offers a range of drinks until late and evening entertainment. In summer months, there is a bar open beside the pool. The full-board rate includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Games including petanque, table tennis, darts and snooker can be played at the Agua Azul (surcharge). There is a children's playground and animation programmes for young and old during summer months. Benidorm's beaches offer a variety of water sports. The nearest golf course is five kilometres away.
Guestrooms. The 132 guestrooms at the Agua Azul Hotel are air-conditioned with modern decor in warm colours, and have spacious terraces. Amenities include satellite television, telephones, and in-room safes (surcharge). The hotel offers a half-board rate.
Expert Tip. Every summer since 1959, Benidorm hosts the Benidorm International Song Festival, usually broadcast on Spanish television, with alumni including Julio Iglesias.

Anfahrt
From Alicante Airport (ALC): Distance to the Agua Azul Hotel is 55 kilometres, approximately 35 minutes' drive.
Getting there. The C-6 Airport Bus runs half hourly between the airport's arrivals hall, the city centre and the train station, and a single ticket costs 1 GBP. Buses to Benidorm and Murcia are also available. There are taxi ranks outside the arrivals hall, and the fare direct to the hotel is approximately 60 EUR-70 EUR. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Central Benidorm can be covered on foot, and the city and surrounding areas are served by buses, including services to major destinations across Spain. Trains run from Benidorm station, three kilometres from the hotel, to Alicante.
Driving directions. From Alicante Airport, head for the AP-7 motorway towards Benidorm. Take Exit 65 for Benidorm Levante and continue straight until Avenida de Europa. Continue on Avenida de la Comunidad Valenciana and turn right at Avenida de Alfonso Puchades before turning right onto Calle de Emilio Ortuno where the Agua Azul is found.
