Location. Hospes Palacio Del Bailio is located in the centre of the historic city of Cordoba, Spain. It lies 100 metres from the main square, and one kilometre from the Mezquita Cathedral.
Hotel Features. The three-storey Hospes Palacio Del Bailio hotel is set in a 17th-century palace with Spanish and Moorish styling, surrounded by gardens, and featuring a roof terrace. Multilingual staff at the 24-hour front desk offer the use of safe-deposit boxes and there is a dedicated concierge desk where services include tour assistance. The air-conditioned public areas have complimentary wireless Internet access and 24-hour room service is available. Complimentary newspapers are available in the lobby and the hotel can provide secure valet parking nearby (surcharge).

Senzone Restaurant serves a fusion of Spanish and international dishes in a traditional setting with modern touches. The Senzone Tapas Bar offers traditional Cordoban tapas dishes in a vaulted room.

The Hospes Palacio Del Bailio hotel has a full- service Bodyna Spa which offers spa tubs, massage treatments and beauty services in a Roman courtyard. The hotel has an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool.

Expert Tip. The Mezquita Cathedral is built on a site where a Roman temple and then a Visigoth church stood. The Christian church, from the 13th century, is built in the Mosque from the tenth century. This one site provides a fascinating microcosm of Cordoba's rich history and religions.

Getting there. Trains are available from the AVE train station in Seville to Cordoba's main station which is 4 kilometres from the hotel. Guests can take a taxi from the airport to the hotel; the fare should be around 150 EUR.

Getting around. A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area.
