The Atalaya Park Golf Hotel and Resort is located on the Spanish coast, surrounded by landscaped gardens, three kilometres from the resort of San Pedro. It features 486 air-conditioned guestrooms, over seven floors, with have modern decor and furnishings. All include balconies, satellite television with pay movies, direct-dial phones, safes, hair dryers and minibars.
Guests can swim in four outdoor pools and two indoor pools, with separate children's areas. Children can join the kids' club, or amuse themselves in the game room, and there is a daily entertainment programme and night time flamenco shows. The health club offers a hot tub, sauna, massage treatments, steam room, fitness room, and hair and beauty salon. The hotel has a range of dining options: the main La Torre Restaurant serves a buffet of international dishes and local specialities with regular theme nights; The Don Quijote restaurant offers international and Spanish cuisine; the Trattoria Del Papa serves authentic Italian pastas and pizzas; snacks or main meals are served at the poolside Nenufar Restaurant and the Oriental restaurant serves a range of Asian specialities. Many of the restaurants have garden terraces for outdoor dining, and guests can also enjoy live music at the Piano Bar, or cocktails at Candiles Round Pool Bar. Practical amenities include a gift shop, currency exchange, dry cleaning, laundry facilities and free parking for those arriving by car. The hotel offers discounted green fees, priority tee-off times, free golf lessons at local courses and there is a putting green and driving range on site. Other activities include tennis with free group classes, bicycles, scuba diving, catamarans, kite surfing, jet skiing, snorkelling, water skiing, wakeboarding, pedal boats, canoes, banana boat rides, basketball, volleyball, boules, aerobics and yoga. Those wishing to travel further afield can find both Marbella and the historical town of Estepona 12 kilometres from the hotel. Malaga International Airport is 60 kilometres away, an approximate driving time of 45 minutes.

book again!

Generally very happy with the hotel and surroundings at this time of the year. Jan 28th. Not sure how full it would be during high season. Otherwise for golfing it was perfect! Close to the golf course.
