Location. The El Retiro de Bel Air apartment complex is a pink low-rise development built in traditional Spanish style in the village of Cancelada. It is 15 kilometres from the busy resort of Marbella, and Los Flamingos Golf Club is 500 metres from the resort. Malaga International Airport (AGP) is 70 kilometres from the hotel, an approximate driving time of 60 minutes.
Hotel Features.El Retiro de Bel Air features an outdoor swimming pool with a sun terrace and loungers, set in the landscaped gardens. The welcome packs received by each party include wine, beer and a selection of groceries (through December 31, 2007). Complimentary parking is available for those arriving by car.

Apartments.The 35 apartments, over three floors, have light decor and contemporary furnishings. All include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, separates sitting areas and balconies. All are equipped with climate control, televisions, CD players and DVD players. Kitchens have refrigerators, washing machines and microwaves.

Expert Tip. Visit Estepona's old town, four kilometres from the apart- hotel. Its winding streets and whitewashed houses offer an authentic taste of traditional Spain.
Key Collection Instructions:
After leaving Malaga Airport, follow the exit road until reaching the first roundabout. Take the third exit off this roundabout, and turn right at the NIZA garage. Continue for approximately 200 metres to the EASY PARKING on the left-hand side. EASY PARKING is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Guests should collect their apartment or townhouse keys from EASY PARKING.
All guests will be required to sign an inventory form, show a valid passport and give credit card details. Should guests need to contact the resort on their outward journey they should call the OVP Travel Office.
Prior to travel guests should call the hotel to confirm flight details and to leave a mobile contact number.

Anfahrt

Go straight over first roundabout and keep right with the San Miguel Brewery on your right.
Take the right slip road after the Brewery, direction Torremolinos/Cadiz, which is the A7.
After approximately 3 kilometres stay right and take the slip road in the direction of Cadiz/Algerciras (this is the bypass around Torremolinos/Benalmadena/Fuengirola; it is still the A7).
Follow this road slightly uphill.
When descending the other side, approximately 10 - 15 kilometres, take the left lanes (NOT RIGHT) and continue on to the autopista, direction Marbella, which is the toll road (in Spanish PEAJE.)AP7.
Upon reaching Marbella carry straight on, do not take the next toll road, but stay on the coast road (A7). This will take you past Puerto Banus and through San Pedro.
Stay on this coast road (A7) and eventually when you have past San Pedro (about 5 kilometres) you will see a large "Mercadona" sign on the right. This is a large supermarket. When you see this sign, stay on the main road go past the supermarket.
Take the Cancelada exit.
Go up the slip road and then turn right at the first island.
Drive along this road for approximately 100 metres.
Turn right by the complex of white townhouses. Retiro de Bel Air is located next to the white complex in a terracotta colored complex on the right.

schöne Ferienwohnung in der Ferienanlage

Wir hatten eine sehr gut ausgestatete und komfortable Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit Terasse und Rasenfläche zur eigener Nutzung. Super Raumgestaltung, sehr stilvoll und modern, schöne Küche - zum Kochen voll geignet. Die Ferienanlage ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich, ruhige Atmosphäre (allerdings außer Seson). Parkmöglichkeit dierekt vor der Tür. Von Service in der Zeit von 7 Tagen nichts gesehen, eine Besichtigung wurde jedenfalls schriftlich angekündigt. Vielleicht lag es dadran, dass wir nachmittags immer unterwegs waren und die zuständigen Leute uns nicht erreicht haben ??
