Location. The Hotel Villa Jerez is located in the centre of Jerez de la Frontera within 500 metres of the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Arts, 1.5 kilometres from the cathedral and 22 kilometres from Cadiz. Jerez de la Frontera Airport is nine kilometres away.
Hotel Features. Set amid 4000 square metres of mature garden and palms, the Hotel Villa Jerez features the classical façade of a Spanish mansion. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace and loungers, fitness suite with sauna, steam room and massage services, beauty salon and library. Safe-deposit boxes and currency exchange are available at the 24-hour reception desk and multilingual staff are on hand to assist with travel and tourist arrangements. Porters are available to transfer luggage and complimentary parking is provided.

Guests can dine at Las Yucas Restaurant which serves Spanish and international dishes in a bright, stylish decor with indoor and terrace seating. Drinks are available from the salon or at the poolside bar. Room service is offered around the clock.

The hotel's business centre has conference rooms with audio-visual equipment, high-speed Internet and seating for up to 36 people.

A variety of recreational activities is offered in the vicinity including golf, cycling, boating, tennis and horse riding. Whale-watching and game fishing excursions can be organised, in season.

Guestrooms. The 18 air-conditioned guestrooms have a classic decor with antique furniture, and cream and gold coloured fabrics. All have balconies or terraces, satellite television, telephones, high- speed Internet, safes and minibars. Bathrooms have bidets, baths, separate showers and hair dryers. Complimentary newspapers and bathrobes are provided and in-room childcare and massage services are available by arrangement.

Expert Tip. Make sure to attend a performance of equestrian ballet at the School of Equestrian Arts.

From Jerez de la Frontera Airport (XRY):
Distance to Hotel Villa Jerez is nine kilometres, approximately 15 minutes' drive.

Getting there. The number M-050 bus runs between the airport and Cadiz (via Jerez city centre). Single tickets cost 1 EUR to Jerez and 2.60 EUR to Cadiz. The number M-051 bus departs for El Puerto de Santa Maria, also via Jerez, and single tickets cost 1 EUR. Taxis cost approximately 15 EUR to Jerez and 45 EUR to Cadiz. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. Central Jerez de la Fontera is best explored on foot. Buses run throughout the city. Trains run to Cadiz and Seville from Jerez train station. A car is useful for visiting the Andalusia countryside. The narrow streets of Cadiz's historical city centre are best explored on foot. The number 1 bus runs from one end of the city to the other. Trains run to Seville and Jerez from Cadiz train station. A car is useful for visiting the Andalusia countryside.

Driving directions. From the airport, drive in the direction of Jerez de la Frontera as far as the Seat Cars Depot.
Turn right at the traffic light, then immediately left.
At the next traffic light, turn left and head in the direction of "centro ciudad" (town centre).
Continue straight ahead, along Alvaro Domecq Ave.
At the square, after about one kilometre, turn right at the traffic light into Cruz Roja Ave.
