Location. Oasis Timanfaya Golf is located in the popular resort of Costa Teguise on the island of Lanzarote, Spain. The resort is 600 metres from Bastian Beach and one-and-a-half kilometres from the town centre. Hotel Features. Built around a freeform swimming pool, Oasis Timanfaya Golf comprises 138 apartments offering breakfast only, half-board, full- board or all-inclusive rates. The property has a fitness centre with Turkish bath and massage treatment rooms.
The Timanfaya Restaurant offers buffet-style dining featuring international dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks and light snacks are available from the poolside bar throughout the day and drinks are served during the evening at the pub, El Rodeo.
Business amenities include Internet access in public areas and a meeting room.
Onsite recreational facilities include a playground and swimming pool for children, tennis courts, squash courts and bicycle rental. Jet skiing, game fishing, windsurfing and snorkelling can be arranged on the beach and there is a golf course one kilometre away. The resort provides an entertainment programme during the day and evening.
Guestrooms. All apartments have a bright decor with modern furniture, ceiling fans and balconies or terraces. Each has a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, satellite television, telephone, complimentary Internet and safe. Private bathrooms have showers and baths and complimentary toiletries.
Expert Tip. At six kilometres in length, Cueva de los Verdes (36 kilometres from the Oasis Timanfaya Golf) are amongst the longest lava tunnels in the world. In the 18th century, islanders hid there to avoid pirates and slave traders.
Choose from one or two-bedroom apartments, all offering private balconies or terraces with views of the majestic mountains or the resort's sparkling pool or gardens. All units offer the convenience of kitchen facilities and the space of an apartment, featuring large living rooms and private full bathrooms. Apartments also include hairdryers, telephones, ceiling fans, remote control satellite TVs, and safety deposit boxes (fees may apply). Maid service is included five times per week.
**Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional adult (ages 12 and older) will be charged an extra person fee of 10 Euros per night to be paid at check-in.**

From Lanzarote Arrecife Airport (ACE): Distance to Oasis Timanfaya Golf is 13 kilometres, approximately 15 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Taxis are available next to Arrivals and cost approximately 20 EUR to Costa Teguise. The number 4 bus runs to Arrecife's main bus terminal every 30 minutes until approximately 7 p.m., Monday to Saturday. Tickets cost about 2 EUR. From there, buses to Costa Teguise are available. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Taxis are economical and convenient, and can be booked in advance or hailed on the street. Buses offer a cheap and efficient service, operating throughout Lanzarote to the main tourist areas. For those looking to explore the island, a car is the best option.
Driving directions. From the airport, follow directions for Arrecife. Turn left to Costa Teguise. After 10 kilometres, turn left towards Las Palmeras Avenue. Keep to the left at the roundabout, towards the apartments.
