Beschreibung

Location. The Apartamentos Princesa Playa are located in Marbella, Spain, next to the beach and 200 metres from the old town centre. Selwo Wildlife Park is 20 kilometres away. Marbella bus station is 1.5 kilometres from the hotel.
Hotel Features. Housed in a modern white building, this nine-storey hotel faces the Marbella seaside promenade. The swimming pool and solarium are on the ninth floor, and have views of the mountains and sea towards Africa. The marble-floored, air-conditioned lobby is home to a 24-hour front desk operated by multilingual staff, who can arrange transport and tour bookings. Guests can read complimentary newspapers in the first floor reception room, which has an Andalucian-style terrace. Wireless Internet is available in public areas (surcharge), and babysitting/childcare facilities are on offer.

Apartamentos Princesa Playa's terrace bar is on the 8th floor and serves a variety of alcoholic and non- alcoholic drinks; guests can enjoy sea views. Diners at the hotel's restaurant can eat indoors or on the terrace.

Guestrooms. The 100 air-conditioned guestrooms extend to balconies or terraces. All are decorated in a modern style with white walls, tiled floors, white furnishings, and floral patterned fabrics. All have kitchenettes with refrigerators and microwaves. Other amenities include satellite television, telephones, coffee/tea makers, safes, electronic keys, and hair dryers.

Expert Tip. To sample life as a local, the best way is to visit the provincial markets. Marbella's stalls run on Mondays, while Puerto Banus sells its wares on Saturdays.

From Malaga Airport (AGP):
Distance to Apartamentos Princesa Playa is 45 kilometres, approximately 45 minutes' drive.

Getting there. The Marbella bus runs to Marbella's city bus station every 45 minutes. Single tickets cost around 4 EUR. There is a taxi rank outside the airport terminal. Fares are approximately 60 EUR to Marbella. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. The resort is easy to explore on foot. Driving is not recommended in the town centre, however, hiring a car is useful for exploring the coast and locations further inland.

Driving directions. From Malaga Airport. Take the N-340 towards Cadiz
After approximately 50 kilometres take the 'Marbella Centro' exit
