The Hotel Villa De La Palmera is an early 20th century restored mansion, set within leafy gardens. Its central hall boasts light yellow décor with white ceiling, marble floor and crystal chandeliers. The hotel is located 200 meters from Parque de Maria Louisa and the Expo of 1929 site. The 12 guestrooms are individually decorated with regal décor, the walls are hung with prints, and include rich colored furnishings and upholstered chairs. All have separate sitting areas, satellite television, telephones, and welcome amenities. Most bathrooms have separate tubs and showers.
Guests can swim in the outdoor pool set within secluded leafy gardens, or sunbathe on the adjacent terraces. There is also a nearby fitness center (fee). For those with business needs, there are conference rooms and secretarial services available. At the hotel snack bar, guests can choose from a selection of sandwiches, salads, cheeses and snacks, all to be ordered in advance. These can be served by the pool, on the terrace, or in the dining room. The dining room features pale blue walls with wooden floors, rich patterned swag floor-length curtains, square linen topped tables, and wood upholstered chairs. The hotel's multilingual concierge can assist with visiting Seville's numerous attractions, and there is complimentary secure parking onsite. The Guadalquivir River, Santa Cruz Quarter, and Moorish palace-fortress Alcazar, are within half a kilometer. La Giralda, the world's largest Gothic cathedral, and Plaza de Espana with its arched bridge, are within one and a half kilometers. The Maestranza Theater with bullring is two kilometers away. Seville San Pablo Airport is 12 kilometers.

The EA bus runs a regular service to and from Seville city center and the main railway station which is two and a half kilometers from the hotel. Alternatively taxis are available outside the terminal building; cost to the hotel is approximately 20EUR
Driving directions: From the airport, take the N4 highway and follow the signs for Seville. Stay left on the SE-30 road and follow it around the city to rejoin the N4 highway, heading toward the city center. Follow signs for the Avenida de la Palmera and proceed to the hotel on the right.
