Beschreibung

Location. The Callisto Holiday Village is located in Ayia Napa, Cyprus, within 50 metres of a sandy beach, 1.5 kilometres of Ayia Napa centre, and 45 kilometres from Larnaca.
Hotel Features. The Callisto was built in typical Greek style and features whitewashed buildings with arched walkways. There are two outdoor swimming pools, a children's pool, a water games pool and an indoor pool. Spa facilities include a hot tub, a massage treatment room and a fitness room, while other amenities include a 24-hour front desk, air-conditioning, an Internet corner, a library, currency exchange and complimentary parking.

The hotel's restaurants include the Artemis Restaurant, which offers gourmet dishes, and the Hesperides Restaurant, which serves a buffet breakfast and dinner, including local and international dishes. Drinks and cocktails are served in the poolside restaurant and bar, while the lobby bar offers cocktails, coffees and cakes. Most meals and drinks are complimentary for guests on the all-inclusive rate plan. Guests not on the all-inclusive rate plan will be charged for meals and drinks accordingly.

Business facilities include conference and meeting rooms.

There is a multi-purpose court and a tennis court at the Callisto, as well as a games room offering video games, table tennis, billiards and darts. There is also an indoor mini-club for children, and a playground. Nightly entertainment is offered, including Cypriot dances, while nearby activities include water skiing, windsurfing, sailing, scuba diving and scooter rentals.

Apartments. There are 334 air- conditioned apartments built over two floors with simple decor and modern furnishings at the Callisto Holiday Village. All have balconies, blackout drapes, satellite television, minibars, tea and coffee makers and direct- dial telephones. Kitchens include refrigerators, cookware and dishes. The hotel offers all-inclusive and half-board rates.

From Larnaca International Airport (LCA):
Distance to the Callisto Holiday Village is 45 kilometres, approximately 40 minutes' drive.

Getting there. Taxis from the airport cost around 1 20-30 CYP to Ayia Napa. Buses 22, 19 and 24 run to Larnaca city centre and intercity buses run between major resorts and the airport. No buses run on Sundays. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. The best way to explore Larnaca and Cyprus is by car. Towns and villages are connected by public buses, with tickets being relatively cheap. The government regulates taxi fares.
