Beschreibung

Location. The Paschalia Hotel is located in Paralimni, Cyprus, within 500 metres of the beach and eight kilometres from Saint George Church. It is nine kilometres from Cape Greco.
Hotel Features. The hotel is a modern, air- conditioned property surrounded by gardens and overlooking the ocean. There is an outdoor freshwater pool, a children's paddling pool, a fitness room, two saunas and a massage room. The hotel also offers an Internet corner, currency exchange, airport transfers (surcharge) and room service.

The Paschalia's Pavilion restaurant serves European and Cypriot dishes, while the pool-side Windmill taverna serves drinks and local specialities. Cocktails and cool drinks can be enjoyed in the Spider bar and Sunspot pool bar. Most meals and drinks are complimentary for guests on the all-inclusive rate plan. Guests not on the all-inclusive rate plan will be charged for meals and drinks accordingly.

There is a tennis court, squash court, sandy volleyball court, a games area and a playground on site. Bikes can also be hired. Water sports, including sailing, snorkelling and scuba diving, can be enjoyed 500 metres from the hotel on the beach.

Guestrooms. There are 137 air- conditioned rooms built over five floors with pale walls, aqua-coloured furniture and matching carpets and curtains. All have televisions, minibars, and balconies with sea views, pool or garden views. The hotel offers all-inclusive and half-board rates.

Expert Tip. Famagusta is a poignant but worthwhile experience. Abandoned since the Greek-Cypriot invasion of Turkish-Cyprus in 1973, it waits silently for the return of its legal citizens. Its houses and hotels are neglected and its lemon trees and farmland destroyed.

From Larnaca International Airport (LCA):
Distance to the Paschalia Hotel is 50 kilometres, approximately 45 minutes' drive.

Getting there. Taxis from the airport cost around 22-25 CYP to Protaras. Buses 22, 19 and 24 run to Larnaca city centre and intercity buses run between major resorts and the airport. No buses run on Sundays. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. The best way to explore Larnaca and Cyprus is by car. Towns and villages are connected by public buses, with tickets being relatively cheap. The government regulates taxi fares.
